The new O2 Top-up Surprises advertising uses the campaign’s signature yellow ducks, but on a much bigger scale.
February saw Telefónica O2 UK enhance its O2 Top-up Surprises loyalty programme for Pay & Go customers.
The programme promises customers a surprise gift every time they top up, with surprises ranging from free texts to race days and even cars.
The only thing customers need to do to join the programme is to opt in by texting Surprises to 61202 and visit o2.co.uk/surprises to play.
Now, for a limited time, customers can enter the gold surprise game, usually restricted to those who top up by over £15, every time they play.

The 3-D experience was brought to rugby fans across England when Telefónica O2 UK hosted 3-D cinema screenings of England’s Six Nations home games.
Customers could get priority tickets for the events, plus a free pint at the screening.
Telefónica O2 Ireland also held similar events for the Irish team.
Home broadband customers in the UK can now get all their home communications products in one place, thanks to the launch of a new bundle.
Customers can choose from two home phone packages available exclusively to Telefónica O2 UK broadband customers.
The Evening and Weekend option costs £9.50 per month and offers unlimited calls to UK homes on evenings and weekends, while Anytime is available for £12.50 per month and offers anytime, unlimited calls to UK homes, 0845/0870 numbers and landlines in more than 20 countries.
Marketing director Sally Cowdry said: “This is the most important launch for us in the home space since we entered the broadband market and is part of our strategy to evolve beyond mobile to a leading connectivity brand.”
Telefónica O2 UK has been named among the top 25 employers in the UK in a survey published in The Sunday Times for the fourth successive year.
As well as featuring in 16th place on the annual list, the company also won two of the six available special awards – for its approach to the environment and the community.
The survey is based on responses from an employee poll, with topics including relationships between managers and teams and opportunities for personal growth and development.

London’s O2 Arena has been named the world's most popular music venue for the third successive year.
The accolade was announced at the Pollstar Awards in Los Angeles.
The win means The O2 has won the award every year since it opened in 2007, recognition that it has been the world’s busiest music venue for the past three years.
Amazingly, the venue sold 2,349,252 tickets last year – around 75 per cent more than its closest competitor.

Customers who are happy to keep their existing handset can take advantage of two contract options – the £15-a-month SIM-only tariff on a 12-month contract or the £20-a-month SIM-only tariff on a 30-day rolling contract.
